Call-Out Fee

Covers travel to your location plus the first full hour of service — regardless of how quickly we fix it. If we arrive and resolve your issue in 15 minutes, the charge is still $100.

Additional Time

After the first hour, time is charged in 30-minute increments. We'll always let you know before we go into extra time so there are no surprises.

Yes. All SixVM plans are month-to-month with no lock-in contracts. You can cancel or pause at any time with 30 days' notice — no penalties, no questions asked. We believe in earning your business every single month through quality of service, not through contracts.
Absolutely. You can upgrade your plan at any time and the change takes effect immediately — we'll pro-rate the billing for the remainder of the month. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle so you always get the full value of what you've paid for.
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), bank transfer (EFT), and direct debit. Enterprise clients can also arrange purchase order billing. All invoices are issued electronically and include a full GST breakdown for Australian businesses.
Our SLA guarantees a maximum response time for your plan tier (8 hours on Starter, 4 on Growth, 2 on Scale, 1 on Enterprise). If we exceed that window for a Priority 1 incident, we credit one day of service to your account automatically. SLAs cover all business-hours incidents; 24/7 critical coverage is included on Scale and Enterprise plans.
Yes — clients who opt for annual billing receive two months free (equivalent to a 16.7% discount). Registered non-profit organisations and educational institutions qualify for an additional 10% discount on all plans. Contact us with your ABN and charity registration to have the discount applied to your account.
